These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iWedPlan (the "Service"), operated by iwedplan.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
iWedPlan is a wedding planning and website builder. Planning tools (budget, guests, checklist, seating, RSVP) are free. Publishing a public wedding website requires a one-time payment.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Standard publish is a one-time fee of $29 USD (or 139,000 VND). Optional add-ons (Premium $59, custom domain $19) are one-time as well. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes for which you remain responsible.
4. One-Time Purchases
All features unlocked by a purchase remain available for as long as the Service runs, subject to these terms. We may not guarantee availability forever.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content (excluding your wedding data) are owned by iwedplan.com. You grant us a limited license to host and display your data to power the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the Service or other users.
7. Content You Publish
Public wedding sites are visible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content and for any third-party data you include.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction of purchase. Disputes are subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
